between Humboldt County and the Iowa Department of Transportation transferred
that portion of Iowa 408 from US 169 easterly along the Kossuth‑Humboldt
County line to the north corporation line of the City of Lu Verne to local
jurisdiction on July 18, 1980.
Transfer

of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑408‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑46
between the City of Lu Verne and the Iowa Department of Transportation
transferred that portion of Iowa 408 from the north corporation line of the
City of Lu Verne easterly along the north corporation line of the City of Lu
Verne (Kossuth‑Humboldt County line) to the west corporation line of the
City of Lu Verne to local jurisdiction on July 18, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑408‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑46,
between the City of Lu Verne and the Iowa Department of Transportation transferred
that portion of Iowa 408 from the west corporation line easterly and northerly
to Smart Street to city jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the commission approve deleting the
